Crispy on the outside with a hint of coconut scent.


Ingredients:


  • 1 small Japanese sweet potato, steamed and mashed (Approx 60g)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp all purpose flour 
  • 1/2 tbsp potato starch 
  • 1/2 tbsp VCO (virgin coconut oil)


  1. Mix everything together to form a soft dough.
  2. Divide dough into 6 equal portions. Roll into sticks and connect the ends to form a ring.

  3. Heat up a non-stick pan with low fire. Place doughnuts into the pan (without oil) and cover with lid. Turn to the other side after 1-2 mins and pan fry for another 1-2 mins or til golden brown.
