If you have visitors coming over and you wanna please or impress them with some light snacks, fix them these French Toast Roll-ups! Not only do they look good, they are appetizing and most importantly, they are easy to make. All you need is some regular white bread, eggs, some milk, some cinnamon/sugar, some butter for greasing and whatever fillings you want!

  1. Cut the crust off from each slice of bread and flatten them with a rolling pin.
  2. Place whatever filling you like inside towards the end of the bread, for e.g. Cheese, nutella, strawberries, or a combination of them etc. I had 2 types: Banana and peanut butter.
  3. Roll the bread up tightly and dip them in the egg + milk mixture (I used 1 egg + 1 tbsp of fresh milk)
  4. Grease the pan with butter, drop them in and as soon as you've browned them, roll them in some cinnamon/sugar and serve. I chose to leave out the sugar and just sprinkle some ground cinnamon on top, which I think is healthier for my LO :)
