This is a light and refreshing soup that is excellent for hot summer days, especially in countries like Malaysia where it's hot all year round. It is also good for relieving coughs, moisturizes the lungs and mildly relieves heatiness. The best thing is, it is extremely easy to cook, using very simple ingredients.
